Polynesian Ribs
- 2 lbs. boneless ribs, pork or beef
- 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 1 TB ground ginger (or less)
- 1⁄4 cup corn starch
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- ginger root (optional)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup water
Cook in crock pot (slow cooker) on low for 8–10 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
