Polynesian Ribs

  • 2 lbs. boneless ribs, pork or beef
  • 13 cup soy sauce
  • 1 TB ground ginger (or less)
  • 14 cup corn starch
  • 14 cup cider vinegar
  • ginger root (optional)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 14 cup water

Cook in crock pot (slow cooker) on low for 8–10 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
