Meatballs

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 12 lb. ground pork
  • 12 cup onion
  • 34 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 TB parsley
  • 112 tsp. salt
  • 18 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 12 cup milk

Form into small balls, then brown on all sides or place on cookie sheet & bake at 400° F to brown. Cover with water and 2 TB. paprika; thicken with flour. Simmer 45 minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
