1 cup tomato juice or sauce or stewed tomatoes (can use mild), blended
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1⁄4–1⁄2 tsp. pepper
1⁄2 chopped onion
2 TB flour
Put all except meat & crumbs in blender, mix. Can add crumbs if you want, or add to meat. Pour over meat in bowl. Mix with hands or potato masher. Bake in loaf pan or small baking dish 350° F or 180° C for 60–75 minutes.
