Dill Bread or Rolls
- 1 egg
- 1 TB yeast in 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 cup cottage cheese, warm
- 3 TB sugar
- 2 TB grated fresh or dried onion
- 3 TB margarine, melted
- 2 heaping tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 scant tsp. soda
- 21⁄4 cups flour
Bake as a loaf of bread or make into rolls. 350° F or 180° C
