Cream Cheese Tort

Crust

  • 1 cube margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 TB sugar

Press in 9 X 13 pan, bake at 350° F for 15 minutes.

Cream layer

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • whip with 1 cup powdered sugar
  • add 8 oz. Cool Whip

Spread on cooled crust, top with cherry or blue berry pie filling or lemon pudding. Chill 2 hours.
