Cream Cheese Tort
Crust
- 1 cube margarine
- 1 cup flour
- 2 TB sugar
Press in 9 X 13 pan, bake at 350° F for 15 minutes.
Cream layer
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- whip with 1 cup powdered sugar
- add 8 oz. Cool Whip
Spread on cooled crust, top with cherry or blue berry pie filling or lemon pudding. Chill 2 hours.
